St. Marys School is a day school owned and managed by the Archdiocese of Nairobi. It offers both national and international curricula. It is committed to providing a holistic education based on Christian principles that inculcates virtues and facilities acquisition of knowledge.
The School Philosophy is deeply embedded in the School Motto: Bonitas, Disciplina, Scientia (Goodness, Discipline, Knowledge). These are the three inspiring virtues that create the community spirit of St. Marys School.
St. Marys School is a combined Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary School. It caters for learners ranging from three to eighteen years. The school runs varied curricula which include the Kindergarten, the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC), the Cambridge Primary (CAIE), Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), the General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBBDP). The Primary and Secondary Sections have boys only while the Kindergarten and IBDP are co-educational.
