Peponi House Kabete Kindergarten has been welcoming children into its wonderful garden setting since 1979. As part of the family of Peponi Schools, we encourage and stimulate each child to develop independence and confidence. We believe that a happy child succeeds; the welfare, safety and happiness of the children is at the centre of everything we do.
Staffed by a team of dedicated, experienced professionals, we provide endless opportunities for children to play, explore and discover the world around them. Within a child centered, nurturing environment, the children feel safe and happy, we encourage them to try new experiences and learn about themselves and others. Our educational programme is guided by the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). From the age of 18 months, children join our Playgroup classes, where we encourage both child and teacher led play and allow the children to explore their surroundings and develop key social skills. The children continue through the Early Years in Foundation (3-4 years old) and Reception (4-5 years old) classes, where they follow the Early Learning Goals and develop their key skills to prepare them for the transition into Year 1 at Peponi House Preparatory School. Peponi House Kabete Kindergarten provides a safe and nurturing environment for discovery, the perfect place for the first step in our children’s educational journey.
